Description
An admin dashboard template I had to design specially for the MUI marketplace. I had to come with the intended clean and minimal look, and build a design system along with a ui component library with it in mind. As the template was for the MUI marketplace, some strict design guidelines had to be maintained. I had to understand those guidelines first, and created the color variables along with the components while following them. Ease of development was another factor I had to keep in mind, so that the development team could use the default components with the minimum amount of changes.
Along with creating the design system and a components library, I had to design multiple layouts as well as pages for various categories of applications. Typical user flow along with the top service providers of these were researched thoroughly first, then designed to ensure the best user experience. The pages and layouts were made responsive to fit in with any screen size.Some 2d characters were animated for some pages, which enhanced the user experience and made it more dynamic.

In my project, I conducted research and design to enhance user experience across 40 pages. I analyzed user needs, ensuring each page offered intuitive navigation and engaging interactions. I also supervised the implementation, collaborating with developers to maintain user experience integrity.

I created a design system for an admin template focused on user experience. I chose a vibrant color palette and clear typography to enhance readability. By researching user preferences, I ensured the design was pleasing and practical. Collaborating with developers, I oversaw the integration of components, ensuring the final product was user-friendly.
Used diverse color palettes to create functional color tokens
Created and used a well-detailed typography
Designed multiple layouts with color variations
I created a multi-page design for an admin dashboard and web app template, using various color schemes for a dynamic user experience. Each page has a unique color that enhances appeal and aids navigation. By focusing on user feedback, I ensured the design is functional and attractive, resulting in a cohesive, user-friendly interface.
Collaborated closely with developers
I collaborated closely with developers throughout the entire process to ensure a flawless and polished final product. Our teamwork included regular meetings to discuss design elements and technical constraints, which were crucial for integrating every aspect of the admin dashboard and web app template. I focused on designing complex pages, such as dashboards, with detailed responsiveness that significantly aided the developers. This collaboration not only improved the functionality of the design but also resulted in a refined user experience that balanced both aesthetic appeal and practical needs.

Tested the product regularly to ensure a consistent release of updates
Created an enriched Figma UI-kit for designers
I created a Figma UI kit for designers, packed with components, styles, and templates. It offers customizable elements like buttons and icons for stunning interfaces. The kit includes responsive layouts and guidelines for usability on various devices. Feedback from designers enriched it with resources that enhance aesthetics and workflow efficiency, empowering creativity.
Prepared a large collection of components with variants
Included detailed color style with variables from custom-made color palettes
Included a collection of visually appealing font styles
Creating detailed variables for light/dark mode
I focused on creating a color scheme that’s not only visually appealing but also easy to understand. From scratch, I developed a thoughtful color system that really brings my designs to life. Using Figma's awesome variables feature, I crafted a flexible approach that makes it simple to achieve different styles within the template.
Established detailed color system using Figma’s variables feature
Created a dark mode to switch at will
Created multiple character animations
To ensure a smoother user experience, multiple character animations had to be implemented within the pages. The illustrations were purchased from a 3rd party website, which I had the privilege to animate in a fun way, to keep the pages more interesting.
Used Figma and After Effects to create multiple 2d character animations
